I want to use Afterpay. How do I sign up?
Afterpay is available to people who: Live in Australia or NZ; are at least 18 years old; are capable of entering into legally binding contract; have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; and; use an Australian or NZ credit card or debit card to make the purchase.
You do not need to register prior to making your first Afterpay purchase. Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. If it is your first time using Afterpay, you will provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase. Once your first order is approved, your account is created. All you need to do is visit www.afterpay.com to set up a password, and you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay by entering your login details upon checkout.
Q. When will my first payment be taken?
A. You will pay the first 25% of the order value at the time you place your order.
Q. How does Afterpay work?
A. Afterpay offers simple installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks. After you checkout, the goods will be shipped straight to you, and at any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and to make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically take the money from your credit or debit card every 2 weeks. Q. Is there a cost to use Afterpay?
A. Afterpay does not charge a fee to shoppers when purchasing. The only fees applied to a shoppers account are late fees if your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and , after being notified, you do not log in to your Afterpay account to make payment via a different method. Please refer to the Terms outlined on the Afterpay website for further information.

A. Yes, Afterpay understands how important security is so they ensure that your personal information is protected. Afterpay is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified compliant Service Provider organisation. PCI DSS is a comprehensive set of requirements created by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council to enhance cardholder data security and to ensure the safe handling and storage of sensitive credit card information and data. This is the highest level of security in the payment industry.

For orders under $99 delivery is charged at $7.95 tracked courier service.
Spend over $99 and we will ship for free using a tracked courier service.

Australia
For orders under $150 delivery is charged at $15 tracked courier service.
Spend over $150 and we will ship for free using a tracked courier service (please note charges may apply on international shipping of bikes).

For orders under $200 delivery is charged at $25 tracked courier service.

Our website will automatically send out an email confirmation to you when your order is placed and another once your order has been dispatched.
Occasionally these emails end up in junk folders, so if you haven’t received a confirmation please check there first.

Please note all shipping time frames are provided by our courier and freight providers, sometimes they are quicker, sometimes (frustratingly) they are slower. The time frames are approximate and if your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, it does not mean it’s lost! We have sent 10,000+ orders and have had less than a dozen go (properly) missing.
We aim to dispatch your order (excluding pre-orders) within 1 – 3 business days of your order being placed, and if we’re really on our game we will pack your items and get them out the door within a few hours!

What is your returns & exchange policy?
Returns Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, but in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email hello@sobeaubaby.com with photos of the item. We will provide a full refund, store credit or an exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item. Please note products must be returned to us within 21 days of the purchase and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels etc. returned with the item.
Tiba + Marl Bags –
Tiba + Marl Bags are thoroughly quality tested and are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. If an issue presents itself within the first 30 days from purchase, we will arrange to have the bag returned to us and either replace or refund the item. After that, in line with Tiba + Marl’s Environmental Policy, we will repair where possible. Unfortunately we can’t repair or replace a faulty item without proof of purchase. Please note that this excludes any issues which are due to misuse or external factors not relating to the manufacturing of the product, or normal wear and tear. Please refer to the Bag Care section on Tiba + Marl’s website for information on how to look after your bag.
Saben Bags –
Saben will repair your handbag at no charge for the first 90 days after purchase.
If there is a fault or issue with a bag we must first assess the repair either by photos or in person. As each individual bag is made by hand, from time to time faults occur in the manufacturing process. Saben bags are built for longevity and in an effort to make sustainable fashion – we always opt to repair first. Their repair process follows a 3-step procedure: 1) If we can repair the fault / damage we reserve the right to first repair the bag. 2) If we can’t repair the bag and we believe it is fault of manufacture we will replace with the same or similar bag. 3) If we can’t replace the item, we will refund. Repairs are free for 90 days after the purchase date. Thereafter, we charge a repair fee which is based on the type of repair and proof of purchase is required. Most repairs take 3-4 weeks to complete, though this may vary. Please refer to the Bag Care section on Saben’s website for information on how to look after your bag.
Exchange Policy
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible and that includes sizing and colour guides for our clothing products. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at hello@sobeaubaby.com prior to making your purchase – we are happy to help.
If you change your mind or if you have ordered the wrong size we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for the original purchase price of the item (not including shipping costs). Items must be returned to us within 21 days of the original purchase and must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc. returned with the item. The cost of shipping the returned item (and cost to receive any replacement items) is the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to offer refunds on items that are not damaged or faulty.
Sale items may only be exchanged or refunded if faulty. All Sale purchases are final, please select carefully.
Sale Policy

Credit Card – We accept debit and credit card payments from both VISA and Mastercard though our secure Payment Express gateway.
AMEX – you can pay by AMEX by using our Paypal payment option – you don’t need to have Paypal account to pay with AMEX.
